If I had my head screwed on right I'd say that Olivia was a poor punt and advise you not to see her - I could then corner the market in her services. However this is not the case. Having had 2 previous abortive attempts stretching nearly 2 years to get to see Olivia I thought the jinx had struck again when it was impossible to get through to her to find directions from where I left my car but did eventually and it was well worth it.
